Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Lorenzoz Agency's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Modify or copy the materials.
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Lorenzoz Agency's website.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

Simple, transparent pricing
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.
Payments
On signing, 50% is paid up front (the first month). It covers the cost of the tools and services the work depends on. For one-off projects, the remaining balance is due on completion and before final delivery.
Discount on optional services
Website Development, AI Voice Receptionist and Software Development are 30% off their list price when taken alongside Local SEO. Bought on their own they are charged at list price. There is no free trial.
Prices exclude VAT
No published price includes VAT. EU residents are subject to +21% VAT, added on the invoice.
Subscriptions
Billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your account management page or by contacting us.
Portfolio & Case Studies
Completed projects may be used by Lorenzoz Agency as case studies or marketing references to showcase our work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Liability & Disclaimers
In no event shall Lorenzoz Agency, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
